The opinion of the sommelier« Sunny days are coming, and I really wanted you to taste a nice rosé, fresh, fruity and light. One that would be perfect for the first pre-dinner drinks with your friends! I finally found this rosé from the Valensac domain, and I really enjoyed its nose full of strawberry and white flowers aromas. Without too much alcohol, this cuvee is perfect both for pre-dinner drinks and for summer dinners. »
TerroirThis property is located in the center of the Languedoc-Roussillon region, very close to the Mediterranean sea. It benefits from the maritime influence, and that enables soils to be fresh despite the high temperatures during summer.
Grape varietyGrenache is one of the most widely planted red wine grape varieties in the world, and it is mainly cultivated in France and in Spain. Once turned to rosé, it produces fruity wines, with a silky mouth and a pale color.
Vintage2013 was a sunny year, hot and dry in the Languedoc-Roussilon region. The sea brought freshness and a maritime breeze to the vineyards, and that counterbalanced the lack of rain.

C’est un rosé idéal pour l’apéro, pas trop vineux, mais qui devrait également pouvoir vous accompagner par sa fraîcheur tout au long d’un repas estival.
